Registered Migration Agent - Code of Conduct

The Registered Migration Agents' Code of Conduct is intended to regulate the conduct of registered migration agents in Australia.

The Registered Migration Agents' Code of Conduct is legally provided for in section 314 of the Migration Act 1958, and it is prescribed in Schedule 2 of Regulation 8 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998.

Consumer Protection Guide

Registered migration agents are required to provide the Consumer Guide (in English) to clients after agreeing to do work for them, but before starting that work. We suggest that you download the Consumer Protection Guide before seeing us.
