Consultation process:
1) Our first consultation is an information gathering session. Generally we need to obtain as much relevant information as required from you in order to assist your request. Further fees may be required for research depending on the complexity of the case.
2) At our second consultation, we will advise you about the outcome of our research and provide you with a quote about our fees. If you make the full payment as agreed under the Migration Agent Agreement Contract, we will then provide you with a checklist of documents that is required.
3) When we receive all your documents, we will then proceed with your application and keep you informed of the progress of the case.

8) OSHC Insurance (we can help you issue if required)
9) Letter of Offer and/or Confirmation of Enrolment (if you are a student otherwise we can help you get the letter of offer).
10) Immigration Letters.
11) Employment Contracts.
12) All other documents that are related to your queries.
Consultation Fees:
- Education Agent Fee
1) EducationAgents.com charges AUD$220 for an hour consultation per person for Education Consultation. We will pay the $220 consultation fee to your education provider if your student visa is granted, four (4) weeks after you commence your course if you appoint us as your education agent.
2) Agent fee for student visa is AUD$1,250 for one application (Government fees are not included).
3) Applicant must not have outstanding debts owed to the Commonwealth in order to qualify for most visas unless the Minister is satisfied that appropriate arrangements have been made for payment.
4) If there is any cancellation of appointment without a 48 hours notice, no refund will be provided.
- Migration Agent Fee
1) Australian Migration Law is very complex and changes frequently, in view of this, MigrationAgents.com qualify clients based on age, education background, English Language proficiency, community language ability, working experience, financial status, health, character and the list goes on ......
2) MigrationAgents.com charges AUD$220 per hour consultation per person for Migration Consultation. Consultation charges are billed in half an hour increments, and actual charges are rounded up to the next full increment at the end of each consultation for billing purposes. We will deduct the $220 from your agreement if you qualify to apply for a visa and sign the agreement on the same day.
3) Migration Agent Agreement Contract, Migration Review Application and Citizenship service fees are quoted based on the number of applicant, amount of work and complexity of the research or work required.
